As a Player Experience representative, you will be the first point of contact to our millions of players worldwide through multiple channels.
While giving top-notch customer service is our team’s main goal - we also manage the VIP community, Social Media pages, and App/Play store copywriting.
We are looking for a team player who wants to grow with us.
Hybrid, Full time job (5 days a week, Sunday and Friday- must)

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support/customer success - Must
- Native/mother tongue level in English - Must
- Experience in managing social media pages - Advantage
- Experience in creating social media content/marketing content - Advantage
- Experience with ASO/SEO - Advantage
